Orders
- We are currently accepting orders for the United States online. For orders outside the United States, please contact sacredsheaskincare@gmail.com.
- For wholesale inquiries please contact sacredsheaskincare@gmail.com.
Shipping Policies
- We offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground for all United States orders with a minimum purchase of $50.
- Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $8.95 for shipping.
- If you require an alternative shipping provider, please email sacredsheaskincare@gmail.com and we can accommodate you. Please note that while we charge actual shipping, the shipping fee may vary depending on the requested carrier.
- Our commitment to sending you the freshest product possible means that most of our inventory is made to order so we typically ship orders twice a week on Tuesday and Fridays.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
- If you need to change or cancel an order, please email sacredsheaskincare@gmail.com and we can modify or cancel your order. If the order is already fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make any changes, and the order will have to be returned and refunded.
Damages
- If your order is damaged, please contact sacredsheaskincare@gmail.com and we can get a replacement out.
- When contacting us about a damaged item, please have the following available. Order number, images of the damaged product, images of the damaged shipping box (if possible).
Returns – 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase made on sacredshea.com, please contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase at sacredsheaskincare@gmail.com.
When starting a return please have the following available. Order number, images of your product (if possible), and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Depending on the type of return the purchased product may or may not have to be returned. If the order has to be returned please ship to PO Box 50815, Santa Barbara, CA 93150.
If you purchased the items on Amazon.com please contact Amazon customer service. All Amazon damages, returns, or replacements must be handled through Amazon.com.
